Popped capacitor caps on video cards are not good for motherboards. Desperate time to scrounge up some hardware I was forced to buy an (almost) complete system yesterday.

* Asus Z97-Deluxe
* 32GB RAM (G.skill-ARES) – Roar, the God of War lives in my machine..
* i7-4790 (non-K) for iommu stuff

Spent time putting it together yesterday but couldn’t install FC21. In the end I had to put back the original HDD and boot through to get it up and running until tonight (more downtime scheduled).
